Yes. In most cases we can remove mold and mildew stains, but if they've penetrated deep into the grout, we may not be able to get it fully clean.
Do you reseal the grout after cleaning?
No, we focus on cleaning only. If your grout needs resealing, we're happy to point you to someone who can help.
Do I need to vacuum before you arrive?
Yes, we recommend vacuuming before we arrive. Vacuuming helps remove dry soil and debris, especially pet hair, which can be more difficult to pick up once the cleaning process begins.
Do you charge extra for stairs, heavily soiled areas, or large furniture?

Yes - the solutions are people and pet safe.
Can you get out old or set-in stains?
Most spots lift completely. Older or previously treated spots may lighten significantly but aren't always guaranteed to fully disappear.
Do I need to move my furniture before you arrive?
We move light furniture as part of the job. We ask that breakables and electronics be cleared ahead of time.
How long does it take for my carpets to dry?
Most carpets are dry within 4-6 hours, depending on humidity and airflow.
